Tucker Carlson Sparks Controversy: "COVID" a Hoax and Western Leadership "Unwise"

American journalist Tucker Carlson revealed a bleak outlook on Western leaders, describing them as self-serving and lacking in wisdom, resorting to conflict to conceal their actions. He made these remarks during an interview with Abdullah Al-Mudaifer on the “Al-Liwan” program on Rotana Khalijia channel Friday evening.

Carlson pointed to the decline of former American global influence, warning of the danger of a slide towards chaos. He explained that the media in his country is under government control, with journalists receiving directives on what to publish.

Carlson affirmed that there are strict limitations on raising sensitive questions, such as the reasons for considering Israel America’s greatest ally, noting that potential answers could be unsettling.

Regarding questions about the American military presence in Syria and the secrecy surrounding the 9/11 documents, he clarified that raising these questions could ruin the career of any American journalist.

Carlson admitted his mistake in supporting the Iraq War, expressing deep shame over that position. He confirmed that he avoids following American media and local newspapers to avoid what he described as “lies.”

He also criticized the handling of the “COVID” pandemic, describing it as a lie that harmed people, and accusing the American government of causing deaths by forcing citizens to take the vaccine.

Carlson revealed American funding for Ukraine in its war against Russia, and that American authorities attempted to obstruct his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2024, admitting that his goal in the meeting was to “embarrass his government.”

Carlson presented a warning he received from a close advisor to Putin, regarding the possibility of Russia resorting to the use of nuclear weapons against Britain and Germany if the war in Ukraine continues. He concluded his remarks by praising Putin, describing him as an exceptional leader who has succeeded in transforming Russia into a strong and prosperous country since taking power in 2000.
